Essentials and Basics of Computer Applications - Intro to Software Career - CSR Training (via English)

Initially, we will conduct a 3-week introductory training on the Essentials and Basics of Computer and Mobile Applications. If you are aiming to start your career in IT Software Development, Engineering, Testing, or Systems Engineering roles, this introductory training is essential. We are offering this training as part of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative of our IT company, FDSmax Technologies, to benefit your career.

This semi-formal program is conducted in a real-time project environment and is entirely remote. You will gain hands-on experience by working with us while receiving professional training as part of the process.

In the third week of this training, we will provide detailed insights into various career paths within the IT sector. Based on this, you can choose and upgrade to one of the specialized training programs lasting 6 months to 1 year, such as Software Engineer, Software Test Analyst, or Systems Engineer, to become an expert IT professional.

When?

The basic and essential training program begins on 27th December 2024. However, late registrations are open, and you can join at any time through lateral entry and enjoy the same benefits. The special offer price is only for limited number of subscribers. Therefore, please do not delay. Join early as possible! Training in English will be conducted on alternate days at 9 AM GMT/UTC. You can either attend the sessions live or catch up with the lessons at your convenience by watching the recorded videos. You can also complete the corresponding small tasks. Additionally, you can participate in live sessions and reach out to us with any questions or clarifications during live sessions or via online calls.

As part of the Agile methodology, there will be a daily Scrum meeting at the start of each workday and sprint planning meetings at the beginning of each sprint. If you cannot attend the Scrum meetings live, you can provide an update on your previous day's tasks and practice, along with your planned tasks for the day and any difficulties or questions. We will address and clarify these for you.

Who can join?

• Anyone who is looking to start their career in IT can join our program.
• If you are working in another field and want to switch to IT, you can join.
• If you have just passed your computer science or applications degree or Data Sciences or AI dgree and want to kickstart your career by getting a real experience, you can join this program..
• If you are a student studying Computer Science or Computer Applications degree, Engineering Degree or Data Sciences or AI degree and want to get the real IT work experience as an intern, you can join this program.
• You can participate in this training either part-time or full-time. If you are currently employed in another job, you can join the training part-time and later transition to the computer field.

• If you are still studying at an academic institution, you can join as an intern. After completing the 2-3 week basic training on computer fundamentals, you can upgrade to one of the following streams:
  • (a) Software Engineer - Intern (CSR)
  • (b) Software QA Test Analyst - Intern (CSR)
  • (c) Systems Engineer - Intern (CSR)
  You will receive a joining letter for the chosen stream.
• The main Training will last between 6 months and 1 year, during which you will work on real-time projects. You can resign anytime with just 14 days notice and move to any other high paying jobs. This work and training will be unpaid. Depending on individual and business performance, some participants may be offered direct employment with us. By following our training program properly, you will be well-equipped to find jobs in the market, pass interviews, and join other IT companies.
• You can exit the training program at any time by providing 2 weeks' (14 days) notice. Upon leaving, you will receive digital relieving and experience letters for the duration of your engagement.
• If you follow our training and complete the tasks properly, you will gain the confidence to work with any software technologies in the IT field.
• We will analyze your resume (CV) and provide recommendations to make it professional.
• You will receive interview preparation tips and guidance to help you succeed in job interviews.

Essential and Basic Training - 3 Weeks Duration:

This program is ideal for anyone looking to start their career in IT. Previously, we conducted these programs in person and completely free of charge. Some participants were even absorbed into our team for direct employment. However, due to overwhelming demand, we are now combining training with real-time project work to benefit participants while managing our corporate responsibilities.

Participants will engage in full-stack roles and end-to-end project life cycle work for a minimum duration of 6 months. Throughout this period, you will also improve your English communication skills as part of daily scrums, meetings, and routine tasks.
